Helping NHS client improve communication with patients and staff
A long term client of Peacock Marketing, NHUC needed to combine two separate services under one umbrella organisation to make it easier for patients in the area (across several different counties) to understand their out of hours GP service provision. As well as redesigning a logo which had to reflect the NHS department it was operating under, Peacock Marketing worked directly for the chief executive, producing stationery, information leaflets and initiating direct marketing campaigns. We produced a complex website including a searchable database for local pharmacies, and set up a Facebook page for more informal information updates. Peacock Marketing also produced a monthly internal electronic newsletter, using Mailchimp, to enable the chief executive to communicate news and policy information to GPs, nurses and operational staff working for NHUC.
